I just left the Salon, my stylist was Ruby. I was incredibly nervous walking in, and she truly held my hand throughout the process - I trusted her expertise and she ensured I was happy every step of the way. I left with a beautiful haircut and a fresh new look - I truly am incredibly grateful to her and all the staff who were very friendly!

My hairdressers is Marsela at Rush Wimbledon broadway she is an absolute joy and makes me feel so welcome when I come to the hairdressers. All the staff here are really lovely but my heart is with Marcela she cuts my hair beautifully

Rush in Wimbledon is simply the best salon. I have been having my hair cut and styled here for many years. Ruth is my stylist and she is not only extremely good at what she does, but she is also a very warm and friendly person. My last visit I was welcomed by Vicky who is the receptionist, she has recently returned to Rush and I was so pleased to see her, she really does go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and she is very efficient too. I always leave Rush with a skip in my step and a smile on my face. On this occasion it was Ruth and Vicky that made me feel this way.

I had an amazing experience getting my haircut yesterday with Marsela! She was fantastic from start to finish. She really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and even offered great advice on the best treatments for my hair, especially since I had left it a bit too long. We chopped a healthy amount off, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Marsela was so friendly and made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Highly recommend Marsela and Rush Wimbledon – she’s truly wonderful and the team are lovely and accommodating!

Initially, I booked an appointment a haircut and coloring with another hairdresser, when I arrived at the appointed time and Marsela met me, I was very stunned and I really regret that I did not leave. The haircut she did turned out to be patchy, I asked for an even haircut. I am also unhappy with the coloring, the color looks different in studio lighting, but in real life it seems that I have turned gray. Maybe Marsela was too tired because she was serving another customer with me in the same time.She also said that the prices for her services are higher and she is a better hairdresser, so what can you expect from another hairdresser with a lower price for services?

I booked an appointment online with a specific stylist to ensure my price would be locked in. However, when I arrived, I waited for 20 minutes before being attended to, and then I was charged £85. It feels unfair to be charged £25 more than expected. I suggest you look into updating your online booking system.

I got my hair done by Isobel today ,it was needing loads of tlc ,I have thick curly hair and she done balyage and toner and blowdry usually when I go to hairdressers they are very heavy handed but she was brilliant ,would definitely recommend she done a brilliant job ❤️
