Wasn’t impressed by the result to be honest. Got a full head highlight and the hairdresser was suggesting that there will be slightly orange parts as my hair doesn’t lift that easily. Like I didn’t get my hair highlighted for the last 10 years. Plus as I didn’t book the cut online they charged £70 for a trim. When I say trim, I mean no styling, no change in length just few dry ends to cut. I believe when already paying for a full head of lights this should be waved or priced down.

Hot drinks, wifi, and amazing service. Victoria in wimbledon always gives me a detailed consultation and shows me all the colours on the board so i can have a change. She refreshes her training at the Rush academy regularly and is always up to date. Victoria gives her honest opinion for us to come up with a workable style for my hair type. Thank you!Ps rush also does child haircuts and fringe trims that my daughter enjoys.

I just left the Salon, my stylist was Ruby. I was incredibly nervous walking in, and she truly held my hand throughout the process - I trusted her expertise and she ensured I was happy every step of the way. I left with a beautiful haircut and a fresh new look - I truly am incredibly grateful to her and all the staff who were very friendly!

I had an amazing experience getting my haircut yesterday with Marsela! She was fantastic from start to finish. She really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and even offered great advice on the best treatments for my hair, especially since I had left it a bit too long. We chopped a healthy amount off, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Marsela was so friendly and made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Highly recommend Marsela and Rush Wimbledon – she’s truly wonderful and the team are lovely and accommodating!

Initially, I booked an appointment a haircut and coloring with another hairdresser, when I arrived at the appointed time and Marsela met me, I was very stunned and I really regret that I did not leave. The haircut she did turned out to be patchy, I asked for an even haircut. I am also unhappy with the coloring, the color looks different in studio lighting, but in real life it seems that I have turned gray. Maybe Marsela was too tired because she was serving another customer with me in the same time.She also said that the prices for her services are higher and she is a better hairdresser, so what can you expect from another hairdresser with a lower price for services?

I booked an appointment online with a specific stylist to ensure my price would be locked in. However, when I arrived, I waited for 20 minutes before being attended to, and then I was charged £85. It feels unfair to be charged £25 more than expected. I suggest you look into updating your online booking system.

I got my hair done by Isobel today ,it was needing loads of tlc ,I have thick curly hair and she done balyage and toner and blowdry usually when I go to hairdressers they are very heavy handed but she was brilliant ,would definitely recommend she done a brilliant job ❤️
