Booked a full head of highlights, cut and blow dry with Emily. I came in with grown out dyed brunette hair, and was looking to go lighter. Emily gave a great consultation and explained the process. My hair ended up lifting really well and I came out blonder than I could have expected from just one appointment! 5*

Very welcoming and warm staff. Right from when you get through the door. Felt good after leaving, and received only compliments about my new hair style and colour.Star down for pricing - I know it's a branded chain, and staff are well trained and skilled, so they need to be paid for it accordingly. Some service charges are not as transparent, though, eg. charges for extras that one may not have budgeted for 😳 Nevertheless, saving up for the next one in a couple of weeks 🤑
