Had such an amazing experience with Robert as my hair stylist! He was excellent through out the whole process and was so patient with my really long thick hair. He spoke through every step and took his time and was really gentle which I appreciate. He also listened to what I wanted very carefully and gave me exactly what I imagined. Love the way my hair came out, absolutely obsessed with it. Definitely coming back. Thank you so much!!

I had a tint and blow dry appointment with Robby, who was very attentive and professional throughout. I also appreciated how gentle he was with the hair to minimize breakage. I was pleased with the colour, which was in line with his initial description. He also shared some good advice for hair maintenance. Thank you!

A late review but a couple months ago I had a cut and blow dry from Joy and she was so lovely. Gave me exactly what i wanted and really took her time. As a hijabi, she made me feel comfortable and ensured I had full privacySuch a lovely experience all thanks to Joy!

I booked a cut and blow dry on 29th April expected to be finished in an hour but was there for two hours. I didn't even get a proper blow dry either considering the length of time I was there. Very disappointed on the service. The hair stylist was apparently new, didn't really listen to how I wanted my cut, and also kept digging the comb into my scalp which was uncomfortable in the end I had to tell them to stop. I was then asked to pay the full price even though I did receive the full service which was cheeky. I refused to pay in full and ended up paying just over half the price after the staff had to phone a manager. I got home and checked my hair again after I blow dryed it but was not happy it was still long around my crown. I was told by reception that the manger would contact me but not heard anything. Really poor and unfair service. Would not recommend this hairdressers.Update 10th May 2024I received a call from the manager and they offered me a complimentary wash cut and blow dry. I was very happy with my new haircut and just wanted to give a big shout out to Roxanna who was superb she done such a great job I would definitely recommend this stylist.

I love coming here to get my hair dyed and cut . Itβs so welcoming and pricing is reasonable for the treatments they give . Staff are so lovely and Iβm actually going on Monday and look forward to it . Not to mention the offer drinks too while your treatment is being done . 💕

Had a haircut with Mel today. She was super friendly and really personable and has done a great job cutting my hair. I was really in need of some ideas on what to do and she has smashed it! So happy with my new hair style and will definitely be coming back when needed. All topped off with a lovely lady greeting me by name upon arrival who was on reception, offering tea and coffee and various options all with a lovely biscuit, little touches that made it a lovely experience.
