I have been going to lots of London and European salons for over 20 years and I can see when a stylist is knowledgeable and confident. I often have to convince or fail to convince hairdressers to do my hair in the look I like but Mia did everything PERFECT.Both technically and for her warm attitude she s great.

I just want to say Steve did an absolutely beautiful job on my hair today. He listened to what I wanted and took absolute care with my hair. I was able to achieve a beautiful balayage with my Indian - dark hair. Lucy was quick to help when I wanted to darken the colour slightly and both were on board to blow dry my hair again swiftly. I had a wonderful experience, all of the staff were lovely and the price was the same as quoted upon my arrival. I will definitely return and recommend to everyone! Giving 5 starts as Maria is exceptional at her craft. Her skills and manner are both perfect from cutting, colour to styling and blow dry. I am confident in recommending her to anyone who wants to know they are going to walk out feeling like a million dollars. Thank you 🙏🏼✨. Re the salon: Rush always let their customers know when there is a promotion and have an automated system to follow up so clients don’t forget their appointments etc. Pricing as with most mainstream salons is expensive and there is the inevitable add ons such as olaplex and toner and before you know it you have added another £80 to an already hefty price tag. This is not a reflection on the salon itself , but more the HO, but still it makes it difficult for a customer to say no multiple times. I think they would benefit from a friendlier and more transparent pricing and up-sell structure as it affects the tip one can leave for the stylist. Which is why most customers choose the salon they do.
