Eljona is a gifted hair colourist. I had almost black hair and I wanted to walk out of the salon with chestnut hair colour. She made a magical potion of blending three colours and tah-daah, I got my wish. A silky-smooth, healthy looking result, despite the ‘drastic’ (colour-correction) change, and an updated haircut and a wavy styling on top of it. You know you’re in the right hands with her. Whatever the wish. 🪄

excellent skill, excellent service right from the door to the stylists! trimmed my childs fringe free of charge as i passed by! it was a very quick trim but the fact they didnt change me felt that they had passion in what they did and to wanted to make their clients feel satisfied. since i have had two hair cuts and blowdry. would defo continue to come here.

Wow, wow, wow!Had a great experience at Rush Crystal Palace. Came in looking tired and went out looking like a new person, with a new colour and a completely different haircut. All this thanks to Patience, who is a wizard with the scissors. This wasn't my first haircut with her, she really understands what you want and isn't afraid to go for it, nailing it every time.Highly recommended!

I recently decided to go to Rush and I am never going to leave them now! I’ve found my forever hair salon! My stylist was Patience And she did an amazing job cutting my hair. She listened to everything I wanted for my hair and the things I was worried about. She knew that I was anxious because I had a bad experience before in another salon (NOT Rush!) and so she cut my hair in stages, explaining what she was going to be doing in advance and showing me in the mirror after each stage.I was listened to, and I felt involved in my hair cut, I felt cared for and in safe hands. I walked out with a beautiful classic style, perfectly straight without the need for straighteners and with lovely movement. I can’t recommend her enough. The salon has a lovely friendly atmosphere. The woman on reception (I think her name is Jess) was also very lovely. She listened and was warm and empathetic. Everyone was professional at all times and I am going back very soon for my colour. Can wait to see the results for that!

Wedding colouring service from Bhavisha - about a year before my wedding I started seeing Bhavisha for highlights. I knew that for the wedding I wanted to be blonder (having a summer wedding) and that I also planned to have a relaxed updo on the day. Over the course of the year Bhavisha put in place a bespoke plan where she lightened my hair slightly more each time (every three months), paying attention to the areas that would be on display as part of the updo. This way my hair wasn’t damaged and we were able to assess the colour each time so that it would be perfect for the day. I was so pleased with the result, which was exactly what I wanted. We are now in the process of blending my highlights closer to my natural colour for a longer term style. Thanks so much Bhavisha for your care and attention to detail!

Yesterday had one of my best ever hairdressing experiences with Carolina, a lovely lady from Portugal. Got a blow dry/wavy hairdo in preparation for my brother’s wedding and it was simply perfect.
