Came in for a cut and blow dry for the first time at RUSH with Lucy. I was a bit sceptical at first, since I don’t really go to a salon to get a haircut and I’m very picky on how I would like my hair to look. I came in with photos of what I would like done and she made sure that she had a clear idea of what I want. She has a lot of knowledge and gave me some tips on how to style my hair, since I never had this cut before. I am pleased to say after years of not feeling confident about my hair I left the salon feeling like a new person and have received so many compliments!! I am extremely happy with the results !

A fabulous salon. Friendly staff at the desk and all the stylists I have used have been excellent. Bradley does my hair most of the time and I am always very happy. He takes care to check what I want to be done and he then builds in helpful and thoughtful suggestions. Tracey did my hair recently as I booked last minute and she too has done an amazing job with enhancing the layering in my hair.Thank you to Rush.🎈⭐️💃

Great service from Barney & Tracey.Barney did my glossing and consulted me on trying something a little different which I’m super happy with.Tracey provided me with a mini restyle, adding some face framing to support in growing out some old bangs that looked rather harsh, looks brilliant thank you!However, every time I go to rush I encounter issues with the hair washing - several tops of mine have been ruined due to carelessness during the washing and water / dye going down my back. This time, the water that was used was freezing cold and I wasn’t consulted on a temperature check. I also left with staining on my face from the dye, this isn’t the first time either and I’ve previously complained about this to the salon but yet to see any improvement. I probably won’t visit rush again because of this, which is a shame because they have some wonderful stylists (Barney and Tracey as examples), but there needs to be much better training on those who are washing the hair.

Had an appointment with an amazing lady called Tracy, and omg! She was amazing!! I had colour and cut, I really didn't expect that it would turn out remotely like how I wanted it (coz it still had old dye and to be fair it was a mess) but to my surprise it exceeded my expectations by a mile. Honestly I would recommend her to anyone. I'm so so happy with my hair and she even managed to get volume in my hair (which no other , including myself has managed to do) . So all in all amazing experience with the amazing talented Tracy. Highly recommend and I would return time and time again!! I'm so happy thank you to all the beautiful kind staff and especially the talented and wonderful Tracy xx

A few weeks ago I came to get a perm and a cut by Julianne and Lucy. I love my results and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. Highly recommend this hairdressers.

Have used other branches of Rush in the past but here are far superior. Laura and Julianna are absolutely the best; very knowledgeable, highly skilful, friendly and reassuring. Have been visiting for months now and been enjoying it every time.Location is also very convenient.Couple of points for improvement. Internal decor could do with a renovation; looks tired and dated, and dark. Also, the teenager at the front desk should be taught to smile and greet customers in a more affectionate manner.

Always a great service and professionalism. The stylists are very knowledgeable and keep up to date with the latest tends.All staff are welcoming and approachable. I have been going to this salon for nearly 10 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. My regular stylist, Laura, gives the best advice on my haircut styling needs and is really easy to talk to. In my opinion, Rush is by far the best hairdresser’s in Chichester.
