– What do I get for my money?
The size of your initial investment and location will determine the size of the salon you will open. For your money, you will receive full support from our Head Office team, including Marketing, Finance, Accounts, Payroll, Human Resources, Recruitment, Operations and Training. You will also have a fully fitted, recruited, and stocked salon.
– Can I have more than one salon?
Yes, you can open more than one salon, dependant on your performance.
– Can I set up the franchise in my own property?
Yes, we can set up a franchise within a property you already own or a property you have found yourself.
– Will I have to work in the business fulltime or can I have a manager to look after my salon
You will need to be working fulltime to open a Rush franchise. It is a very hands-on job and you will not be able to run a successful salon without your commitment to it.
– Am I able to enter into a Rush franchise with my business partner?
Yes, Rush does allow franchisees to enter with a business partner.
– How does Rush financially support with my investment?
Depending on your initial investment, we can help source funding through our relationships with banks; we also put together a specific business plan for your salon so that you can see how the repayments will be made.
– What training will I be provided with?
We provide all of our Franchisees with the specific training to open their salon and franchisees will be given an opportunity to work within each department, as well as in salon before their salon opens. This will help us to ensure that you are up to Rush’s high standards. Also, your staff will be trained at our in-house Rush Academy to equip them with the skills to provide professional hairdressing the ‘Rush way’.
– What ongoing support will be provided to my franchise salon?
The Rush Hair Franchise Team ensures that the opening of your salon is as easy as can be. In addition to the Franchise Team, Rush Hair will provide you with ongoing support from our dedicated Operations, Marketing, HR, Education and Finance Teams.
We don’t just stop once your salon has opened; your dedicated support team will provide you with monthly marketing campaigns to ensure your business thrives continuously month on month.
– What are my legal rights as a franchise owner?
In short, your rights and responsibilities as a franchise owner will be clearly set out in the franchise agreement that will exist between us.
This legally binding agreement has been developed by accredited franchise lawyers and the content fully respects the industry’s code of ethics.
The terms of the franchise agreement will be for five years, and, subject to agreed performance schedules being met within that period, extended for a further five years.
