You can cancel, reschedule, or make changes to your appointment up to 24 hours before it begins. After that time bookings are final and if you miss your date with Rush you’ll be charged £25 as we won’t have a chance to offer the appointment with your wonderful stylist to someone else.

To make changes to your appointment please call the Rush salon you’re booked with, more than 24 hours before your appointment begins, using the number on your email confirmation, and our lovely Front of House team can help you.

To confirm your online booking you must store a payment card on file. It’s completely safe and secure and your card will only ever be charged if you miss your appointment in line with our cancellation policy above.

If the Rush team needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment you will not be charged and the team will contact you directly to arrange a new time for your appointment.
