I had a fantastic experience at Rush Ealing Broadway! From the moment I booked my appointment, the staff was professional and welcoming. A lovely lady called to confirm my booking and asked if I needed a consultation or if I wanted to go ahead with the stylist, which I really appreciated.When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and felt comfortable right away. My stylist, Alexandra, was amazing. she listened to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. The entire process was smooth, and I was out of the salon within a few hours, absolutely loving my haircut and full balayage.The customer service here is excellent, and the team truly cares about their clients. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Rush Ealing Broadway!

Sonia is the only person I trust with my hair now! She gets it right ever single time. Colour, cut and blow dry. She always makes helpful suggestions and thinks about things you wouldn’t think about yourself, meaning you always leave super happy. I had a fantastic experience with Maria, she was incredible!I was really nervous for my appointment as I had never been to a hair stylist in the UK before, and I was hoping for a miracle with a brown to blonde transformation. Maria instantly helped settle my nerves by showing me she was listening to what I wanted and explaining to me how we needed to go about achieving that. Not only did she provide a comfortable and reassuring service, the end result was also amazing. She left me with a beautiful blonde balayage and no harsh lines or discolouration from my previous colour. I am really happy with the outcome and can't wait to see her again soon. Mia the Italian hairdresser is fantastic. She’s an absolute gem. That’s the second time I’ve had a wonderful haircut from her. Mia understands exactly what I wanted and how I typically style my hair. FIVE STARS FOR MIA!This stylist is exceptional in that she listens and works with you. She very polite, SUPER PATIENT and careful.She did my highlights exactly as I wanted them! I have been going to lots of London and European salons for over 20 years and I can see when a stylist is knowledgeable and confident. I often have to convince or fail to convince hairdressers to do my hair in the look I like but Mia did everything PERFECT.Both technically and for her warm attitude she s great.
